Hussey Seatway offer a comprehensive range of maintenance and spares packages that ensure the safe and efficient operation of seating systems during their lifetime. As with any item of mechanical equipment, retractable seating systems need to be serviced and maintained  on an annual basis to ensure ongoing audience safety. We have an experienced and knowledgeable team of engineers that are trained to service both our own and other manufacturers seating systems.

An annual service will include:

  • A thorough inspection of all understructure and chair parts
  • Replacement of any damaged parts
  • Lubrication and adjustment of any necessary items
  • A certificate of safety for the customers records
  • An extensive written report detailing the current condition of the seating units

As well as offering annual servicing packages we also provide an emergency call out team that are on hand to deal with any unlikely problems or breakdowns that may occur. We pride ourselves on being able to respond to call outs quickly and efficiently to ensure that any inconvenience to the customer is minimised. 

The service team at Hussey Seatway also provide ways in which you can modernise or refurbish your seating system. We are able to reupholster a variety of chair products which will visibly enhance the appearance of your seating system. Furthermore we are able to provide replacement parts that will ensure the seating system meets current regulations and most importantly guarantees audience safety at all times.
