Crystal Palace National Sport Centre – 1760 seat refurbishment

Throw Back Thursday #tbt to our part in the £17 million redevelopments of the Crystal Place National Sports Centre, London.  Hussey Seatway were selected to refurbish their existing retractable seating.  The existing retractable systems were installed during the 1980s.  Whilst the understructure was in good condition, all of the seating was showing signs of wear and tear. So, over a 3 month period, all 1,760 seat places were stripped and replaced with brand new courtside benches and metro chairs.
