After graduating with an IMechE approved degree Jason began his working life designing special purpose machinery for the pharmaceutical and dairy industries. And with notable clients such as Procter and Gamble, Mobil and Dairy Crest his work took him to Europe, Africa and USA.
With over 20 years’ experience in the seating industry, Jason brings his wealth of knowledge to each and every project. Jason ensures that every project is delivered to the highest standard and specification.
Jason is instrumental in developing new and custom seating solutions. He leads the design team in the development of complex, custom-engineered systems and bespoke seating designs. His creative team are adept at tackling difficult, demanding projects and ensure every project is meticulously planned. He is also responsible for the team’s advancement in utilizing cutting-edge technologies, electronic control systems, 3D work, finite element analysis and the development of BIM designs.
Jason is also closely involved with the manufacturing process, ensuring Hussey Seatway meet product standards and safety compliance. Jason works closely with the Operations Manager and team to oversee the management of projects from initial design to completion.
He spends his spare time enjoying life with his family, exploring heritage sites and foreign cultures, and restoring classic cars.
